How to exhaust the new ATACH brand centrifugal pump after receiving it ？

After receiving the new ATACH brand centrifugal pump, the exhaust operation should be carried out in accordance with the following steps ‌ :

Preparations before startup

Check whether the pump body is installed firmly, whether there is any leakage in the connecting pipes, and whether the power supply is connected normally.

Open the inlet valve to allow the liquid to enter the pump body.

Open the exhaust valve (usually located at the top or side of the pump body) to ensure that the gas can be discharged.

Startup and Exhaust

Start the motor at a low speed and observe the liquid flow and exhaust effect.

Keep the exhaust valve slightly open and continuously discharge the gas until there are no bubbles in the discharged liquid.

Exhaust completed

After confirming that the exhaust is complete, completely close the exhaust valve to allow the pump to operate normally.

Precautions

If the pump body is not filled with water, water should be added through the vent hole or the water drawing device to ensure that there is no air inside the pump. ‌

If unstable pressure or vibration occurs during operation, it is necessary to re-vent and check the sealing of the pipeline.
