What is the maximum medium temperature that the ATACH brand stainless steel corrosion-resistant submersible pump can operate at ?
Note: If there are any special requirements or usage conditions, please contact the ATACH sales representative. The sales representative will select the model specifically to avoid failure to meet the usage conditions or abnormal damage to the purchased pump products. The maximum medium temperature of the ATACH brand stainless steel corrosion-resistant submersible pump usually does not exceed 100℃, which depends on the material and design of the pump body. The following is the key information: Material and temperature limitations 304 stainless steel material: Suitable for environments with medium temperature ≤100℃ and PH value ranging from 4 to 10. 316 stainless steel material: If the PH value of the medium exceeds the range of 4-10 or higher corrosion resistance is required, 316 material can be selected. The temperature resistance is also ≤100℃. Special high-temperature model Some high-temperature resistant stainless steel submersible pumps (such as those made of duplex steel) can withstand temperatures above 120℃, but it is necessary to confirm whether such parameters are marked on the product. Precautions The density of the medium should be controlled within 1.0-1.3kg/m³ to avoid exceeding the design range. If a higher temperature (such as 150℃) is required, fluoroplastic material or a dedicated high-temperature model should be selected. |
