China ATACH Pump Industry has developed a new type of non-blocking slurry pump, equipped with semi-open and open impeller

In the first quarter of this year, China ATACH Pump works developed and tested the non-clogging slurry pump, with the 

pump series named SSJ.

The pump impellers are mainly designed in two types: semi-open and open.

The flow components of the pump include cast steel, carbon steel, ductile iron, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 

316L stainless steel, duplex steel 2205, duplex steel 2507, alloy steel 904L, and titanium.

The sealing structure can be selected as gland packing seal, single-end face mechanical seal, double-end face mechanical seal (flushing plans available), or cartridge mechanical seal.

The pump bearings are currently compatible with SKF.

Counter flanges can be provided according to customer requirements.

The coupling is mainly of double diaphragm coupling.

The motor can be selected according to customer requirements from globally renowned brands such as ABB, Siemens, WEG, TECO, etc. It can provide 50/60Hz and different voltages.

Mainly targeted applications: pulp, slurry (applicable to light industry, papermaking, medical, hygiene, urban and rural sewage discharge, fecal treatment, chemical, petroleum industry, refinery, power plant, medicine, food and sugar production)

Pump execution standards: API610 (10th edition), VDMA24297 (heavy-duty), DIN24256, ISO2858, GB5662-85.

Head range: 12 - 60 m
