The standard motors produced in the Chinese mainland usually have a marked voltage of 220/380V. However, many foreign customers use a voltage of 230/400V. Can this motor be directly used then? 

Generally speaking, most situations can be handled directly. However, in the following cases, it is recommended to use the pumps with a voltage of 230/400V. 

1.The water pump motor needs to operate 24 hours a day, especially in cases where the service factor is greater than 1.0;

2. In situations where the local voltage fluctuates greatly, it often exceeds the upper limit of 418V;

3. Explosion-proof motor;

4. In cases where the user has specified or strict specific requirements.
