GFF series stainless steel semi-open impeller centrifugal pumps are truly very practical in the field of wastewater treatment

Only the GFF‑series micro stainless‑steel centrifugal pumps under the ATACH brand feature a semi‑open impeller design. These pumps products are specially engineered and manufactured for sewage‑treatment and wastewater‑transfer applications.

All wetted parts (pump casing, impeller and pump shaft) are constructed from 304 or 316 stainless steel. The pump casing is produced by investment casting, followed by ATACH‑proprietary pickling treatment, delivering an attractive appearance together with outstanding corrosion‑resistance performance.

Available motor power ratings: 0.25 kW, 0.55 kW, 0.75 kW, 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW and 3 kW. Single‑phase motors are available for these power sizes. For power ratings above 3 kW, only three‑phase motor‑driven pumps can be supplied.

The standard mechanical seal configuration is 304‑FKM‑unpressurized silicon carbide‑graphite. An upgraded high‑spec mechanical seal option is available: 316‑FKM‑unpressurized silicon carbide‑tungsten carbide.
