Which type of pump can be corrosion-resistant, leak-free and safe for transporting 84 disinfectant?

Chemical plants engaged in daily production often come into contact with 84 disinfectant. Bucket or tank-type 84 

disinfectant needs to be transferred or pressurized to other tank-type equipment. So, what kind of pump can efficiently

 and corrosion-resistantly transport it?

Since 84 disinfectant contains a large amount of chloride ions, ordinary cast iron type metal pumps should be excluded first. 

Secondly, the 304 and 316L materials used in metal pumps cannot be selected for long-term use in pump equipment, 

as they will cause slow pitting and perforation, as well as short-term leakage.

For the selection of the pump series, the ATACH brand IHF series fluoroplastic centrifugal chemical pumps can be chosen. 

Its contact components are made of F46 material, which means there is no problem in resisting chloride ion corrosion.

For the selection of the mechanical seal, fluorosilicone or Teflon materials can be chosen. If the budget is sufficient, 

perfluoroether materials can also be used. The grinding surface can be made with SSIC-SSIC.

Please note that since the concentration and temperature of the disinfectant used by each customer are different, 

the above suggestions are only for the conventional temperature and concentration at room temperature. 

The actual temperature and concentration should be taken into account for the final selection.

it is important to consider whether the motor selected is an outdoor motor or an indoor motor, 

and whether it needs to be equipped with frequency conversion or explosion protection.
