Warm congratulations to the ATACH export department for delivering a total of 65 sets of stainless steel 316 material bare shaft salt water brine booster pumps for the project in Malaysia

In response to the recent demands of Malaysian customers, we have enhanced the salt water/brine products. 

The ATACH Pump Industrial Company has developed an efficient pump solution. 

For the self-priming requirement, we have selected the R series self-priming sewage pumps with high efficiency 

and stable operation.

The characteristics of the R-8 self-priming sewage pump are as follows:

Rated flow rate: 500 m³/hr

Rated head: 26 meters

The matching rotational speed is 1450 revolutions per minute. It can be driven by a coupling or a pulley. 

The pump efficiency is 65%, which is 60% higher than the actual requirement of the customer.

Motor power: 75KW

Configure 3-phase 380V - 50Hz IE4 high-efficiency energy-saving motor as needed

The impeller is 366mm in diameter.

NPSH(r) 3.2 meters

The entire flow-through components are made of castings of 316 stainless steel, 

which is resistant to corrosion by brine or salt water.

For the mechanical seal, the material selected is DuPont fluororubber FKM-SSIC-tungsten carbide.
