The key difficulties of the above media are as follows:

1) A chlorine concentration of 10%, requiring the contact parts of the single screw pump to be resistant to chloride ion corrosion.

2) The solid content is too high, so the matching motor needs to have an increased power on the basis of the standard configuration.

3) The solid content is too high, so the rotational speed of the pump should be selected to be relatively low to reduce wear. 

It is best to use the super duplex steel 2205 with better wear resistance.
