Why are the industrial centrifugal pumps of the ZZ series from ATACH more reliable and effective than the IH series chemical centrifugal pumps?

The ZZ series industrial centrifugal pumps are improved and upgraded based on the international standards such as XA/IH/ZA/ZE/CZ for chemical centrifugal pumps. Their impeller structure not only supports a closed type, but also includes semi-open, semi-closed and fully open types. They have better performance for fluids containing more particles or with larger diameter particles. 

The traditional IH chemical centrifugal pumps are equipped with Chinese-made C&U bearings by default. While the ZZ series are equipped with SKF bearings or have three-disc bearings, which can support higher temperatures and have lower vibration values. Sometimes, minor vibrations can cause the pump's main shaft to break or damage the sealing end face of the machine. 

The ZZ series can be equipped with a pump casing with an insulation structure, which is something that traditional IH series stainless steel pumps cannot achieve. 

In addition, the ZZ series can be equipped with a variety of seal flushing schemes, such as PLAN11, PLAN21, PLAN11 + PLAN54, etc. The IH stainless steel pumps are usually equipped with PLAN11 or PLAN21.
