ATACH (China) GDF80 21 Stainless Steel Corrosion Resistant Inline Centrifugal Pump — A New Benchmark for Sleek Aesthetics & Rugged DurabilityTime:2026-08-24 The ATACH GDF80‑21 stainless‑steel corrosion‑resistant inline centrifugal pump is an improved design derived from the older ISG vertical centrifugal pump series. Traditional ISG water pumps have a drawback: their actual flow output often fails to meet rated specifications. By contrast, the GDF series inline pumps strictly deliver performance in accordance with the published performance‑parameter tables. The GDF series adopts strictly‑specified material standards. Where 304L stainless steel is specified, the wetted parts are genuine 304L stainless steel; where 316L stainless steel is specified, genuine 316L stainless steel is applied. In comparison, some ISG‑series pumps marked as 304 stainless steel may only reach the equivalent of 304‑1 grade, or even adopt 202 stainless steel in practice. Pump casings and other cast components of the GDF series are manufactured via investment casting with pickling treatment. Components are burr‑free with a surface oxide film, enabling long‑term stable operation in salt‑laden coastal environments. All motors fitted across the full GDF range comply with national‑standard specifications. For certain ISG pumps, some pump manufacturers falsely rate motor power, which leads to over‑current operation in service. In summary, ATACH manufactures every vertical inline pump of the GDF series with solid craftsmanship, without false‑rating or cutting corners. The performance difference becomes tangible after field comparison and actual operation. |
