ATACH GZA(S) and DZA(S) series standard centrifugal pumps can serve as alternatives to Ebara Japan’s 3M / 3S / 3P series stainless‑steel centrifugal pumps. Two pump types are acceptable for our two major plant sites:
The ATACH GZA(S) and DZA(S) series are available for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power supply, with rotational speeds of 2900 / 1450 / 3600 / 1750 RPM. Upon customer request, suction and discharge flanges can be modified to tri‑clamp connections to meet special installation requirements, which is widely applied in breweries, food‑processing plants, especially for European customers. Standard wetted‑part material for these pumps is AISI 304 stainless steel (SUS304 / 1.4301). If AISI 316L material is requested, the following operating data must be collected from the customer: name of process medium, specific gravity, viscosity, operating temperature, and maximum particle size. Quotation and order processing can only proceed after feasibility confirmation by ATACH technical department. Unlike cast stainless‑steel components, stamped stainless‑steel pump casings feature laser‑welded parts (e.g. impeller vanes). Improper application for highly corrosive strong acids, strong alkalis or strong oxidizing agents without full data verification may lead to laser‑weld joint failure, resulting in pump and component damage.
