For instance, we supplied the KTZ250‑200‑400B air‑conditioning pump to a large electrophoretic aluminum manufacturing plant in Foshan. 

This pump was applied as a chilled water pump. 

Before retrofitting, its operating parameters were: capacity 550 m³/h, head 32 m, power 75 kW, rotational speed 1480 rpm, with suction & discharge connections DN250×DN200.

The pump runs non‑stop 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Substantial power waste occurred under low‑load operating conditions. After retrofitting, the original motor was replaced with a Class‑1 energy‑efficiency permanent‑magnet synchronous motor paired with a frequency converter. It significantly cuts power consumption during periods of low water demand and delivers considerable electricity‑cost savings for the customer.
