****** The Vietnamese client requires the replacement of 35 faulty existing pumps. We hereby provide a specification illustration for 7 units in total covering two models as follows: 1) 5 units with motor power of 5.5KW; Flow rate (Q): 30m³/hr, Head (H): 5-10m, Rotational speed: 2900rpm 2) 2 units with motor power of 7.5KW; Flow rate (Q): 60m³/hr, Head (H): 5-7m, Rotational speed: 2900rpm These pumps are designed to handle CNSL (Cashew Nut Shell Liquid) and support 24/7 continuous operation all year round at a working temperature ranging from 70℃ to 90℃ without shutdown. The client has put forward strict mandatory requirements for the mechanical seal. A Type 224 double mechanical seal is specified with a dedicated material configuration: 304 stainless steel / Viton / alloy vs alloy.
