China ATACH Pump Industry Company has specially designed a type of pump for the lemon pool fermentation process of the Peruvian customers. 

The pump is capable of withstanding corrosion and can also solve the problem of frequent blockage of the pump impeller by lemon particles. 

The type of the pump selected is a monobloc self-priming pump. The impeller adopts a semi-open structure. 

The material of the pump is stainless steel 316L, and the sealing material is 316L-Viton-SSIC-TC. 

The motor frequency is 60Hz, and the voltage is 440V. 

Before delivery, the outer edge of the original pump impeller was cut to prevent the excessive outflow flow rate when the customer runs the pump at 60Hz, 

which could cause the motor to overcurrent. 

Through the test bench test, it was found that the efficiency, flow rate and head of the pump all meet the customer's operating condition requirements.
